Copy of PACRA Certificate<br>2. Copy of NRC of all registered owners of the company<br>3. Business plan for the enterprise ( In a case were the enterprise has no business plan, a Business Data Sheet Summary Form)<br>4. Tax Clearance Certificate from Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA)<br>5. ZDA facilitate market linkages between enterprises and various markets opportunities in their respective value chains e.g. from processors, local chain stores, municipal markets, hospitality, export markets etc.<\/p> <p style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Financial Linkages\/ Access<\/p> <p>MSMEs are facilitated with access to finance by linking MSMEs to financial Institutions providing various financial products to the MSMEs. This is done with a view to assisting MSMEs financial services required to develop and grow their businesses.<\/p> <p style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Business to Business Linkages<\/p> <p>Business-to-business (B2B), is facilitated for MSMEs to interact and broker deals for enhancing their business operations. This provides an opportunity for MSMEs to meet with other businesses in the sector and other value chains with a view to open up to markets, find partners business networks etc.<\/p> <p style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Business Information and Market Intelligence<\/p> <p>MSMEs are provided with an opportunity to access Business Information and Market Intelligence through the Agency`s Information Resource Centre (IRC). This is with a view to provide MSMEs with business information required to make informed business decision.<\/p> <p style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Business Advisory Services<\/p> <p>MSMEs are provided with a one on one Business advisory services in various business management issues. This is done with a view to provide guidance and direction for the MSMEs. This is key in the incubation stage of the MSMEs.<\/p> <p style=\"font-weight: 700;\">Business Clinics<\/p> <p>MSMEs are provided with an opportunity to interact with various players and stakeholders within the small business ecosystem. The purpose is to expose the MSMEs to the roles and functions of institutions facilitating business in the small business sector. This also brings their services at the door steps.<\/p> <p style=\"font-weight: 700;\">After care Services<\/p> <p>MSMEs are provided with Aftercare support Services. This is done to check on the MSMEs and provide on the spot business development support services required there and then.
