Only the production of arms, coins, dangerous substances and security documents require specific approvals.<\/li> <h3 style=\"font-family: poppins; font-size: 2.25rem; font-weight: 700; line-height: 1.2em; color: rgb(14, 14, 14);\">Investment certificate<\/h3> <li>In order to be able to take advantage of benefits provided by the ZDA Act, the foreign investor has to obtain an investment certificate.<\/li> <li>The certificate is valid for ten years from the date of issue, and may be renewed.<\/li> <li>Subject to an investment board approval, it is possible to transfer an investment certificate from a given company to a new owner.<\/li>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1XOzoHE e-con-full   e-flex e-con
